With wines warmly provided by Paradise Grapevine, we knew we had to offer a standout spread. Offering a six-course menu for the first time, Nourishment Gathering 004 honoured Belle du Jour oysters domestically-farmed, softly-battered zucchini blossoms, fresh loaves courtesy of Emmer Bakery, PEI-farmed filet mignon, garlic-scape gremolata all sourced from Dufferin Grove market, and the offerings continued.
