INITIATIVE

rooted in land and food-sovereignty activism, ZOsCUISINE was created on the basis of improving communal access to culturally-appropriate nourishment. while folx of marginalized communites are disproportionately and systemically placed at disadvantages with regard to food access (on Turtle Island and globally), ZOsCUISINE works on a local-level to dismantle the western + capitalist food-system.
